General – no returns on any garment that has been printed or embroidered unless the garment has a manufacturing fault.
It is the customers responsibility to check that all the details on the invoice are correct, payment of the invoice will confirm and activate the order unless other arrangements have been agreed.
Stitch and print samples will be provided for your approval, we do recommend that you approve in person but if you choose to approve via email or text we will make every effort to display as clearly as possible the colours and image of your logo but cannot guarantee that your device’s screen display of any colour will be accurate.
Please make every effort when approving your logo to check colour, spelling and phone number detail for accuracy.
Pet collars – no returns on pet collars unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Kinder Uniforms – no returns for any garment that has been embroidered or printed with a kinder logo unless the garment has a manufacturing fault. Size charts are included on the website and size and colour samples are available in store to try on if you are unsure of the correct size to order.
School Uniforms – returns are to be made within 7 days of purchase for incorrect size or change of mind. All tags must still be attached.
Bellarine Community Health – no returns for any garment that has been embroidered with the BCH logo unless the garment has a manufacturing fault. For sizing there are links to each of the garments specifications on the website and size samples are available in store to try on.
